Welcome to Dinya™! Our Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our natural cosmetics and foods, as well as the procedures for returns and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

 

Shipping Information:

Order Processing:

Items will be dispatched from our warehouse through reputable courier agencies. Please allow the specified number of days from the time your order is received.

For orders within India:

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Orders to standard serviceable locations across India are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For customers in Tamil Nadu (other cities and towns), the delivery window is 2 to 4 working days, while those in Chennai city and its suburbs can expect their orders within 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries to remote, rural, or difficult-to-access areas may take up to 7 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Methods:

  1. We offer various shipping methods, and the available options will be presented during the checkout process.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen method, destination, and the weight of the package.

Shipping Times:

  1. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are based on standard shipping methods.
  2. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Tracking Information:

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message, along with a tracking link to help you monitor the status of your delivery.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  2. We are not liable for orders delivered to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Eligibility:

At Dinya™, our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the inability to reuse opened or damaged products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for such items once they have been sold or delivered.

Dinya™ assumes no responsibility for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.

If you receive a product in a damaged condition (broken, leaking, or any other issue), a refund or replacement will only be processed if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, video proof of unboxing must be provided for verification purposes.

  • Requests for returns and exchanges will undergo scrutiny by Dinya™.
  • Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.
  • Upon acceptance of your return request, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be transferred via the same payment method used for the original order.
  • Refunds can be obtained if the order is cancelled either before shipment or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever occurs earlier. Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed within 7 days. No refunds will be issued after the order has been shipped.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order placement will incur a 30% deduction from the order value to cover processing, shipping, and packaging costs.
  • No refunds will be issued once goods are sold.
